Product Description

The FOX 803-35-008 is a pair of CNC-machined billet aluminum upper control arms designed for 2019-2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks without Adaptive Ride Control. Upgrading the UCAs is the first step in building a mid-travel suspension system, unlocking off-road capability through rough and technical terrain. FOX engineers optimized the suspension geometry specifically for the T1XX platform, providing the alignment correction needed when lifting the truck while maximizing droop travel for greater articulation off-road. The added caster built into the design reduces steering wander at highway speeds, delivering more confident handling both on and off the trail.

Each arm is machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum with a Type II anodized black finish and laser-etched FOX branding. The 1.25" hard chrome-plated uniballs feature a low carbon steel race and PTFE liner to minimize noise, while the 3/4" chromoly heim joints use a Kevlar fiber-reinforced PTFE liner for bind-free operation and long-lasting precision. Fully adjustable heim joints allow fine-tuning of caster and camber for dialed-in alignment. Stainless steel taper misalignment spacers and 12-point bolts at the steering knuckle ensure a reliable and precise connection. Direct bolt-on installation requires no drilling or cutting.
