Product Description

The FOX 980-24-963 2.0 Performance Series front shock is engineered as a direct-fit performance upgrade for 2011-2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD trucks equipped with a mild front lift of 0-1". Featuring FOX's Internal Floating Piston (IFP) design, this mono-tube shock separates nitrogen gas from the shock fluid to reduce aeration and maintain consistent damping performance across a variety of driving conditions. The race-developed high-flow piston and application-specific valving provide improved ride quality and control compared to stock shocks.

Constructed with an impact extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body with a clear anodized finish, this shock resists corrosion and dissipates heat more effectively than conventional steel units. A robust 5/8" chrome-plated shaft and quiet nitrile rubber bushings help deliver durability and suspension articulation while minimizing noise.
