Product Description

The FOX 985-02-006 is a 2.0 Performance Series coil-over front shock built for the 2009-2013 Ford F-150 4WD, delivering 0 to 2 inches of adjustable front lift. It ships preset at 2 inches of lift and ready to install out of the box, removing the factory rake and opening up clearance for larger wheels and tires with no adjustment or modification required.

An Internal Floating Piston separates shock oil from a high-pressure nitrogen gas chamber, eliminating oil aeration so the vehicle-specific valving delivers consistent, predictable damping on and off-road. The aluminum body dissipates heat faster than a steel-bodied shock and resists corrosion, while a 5/8-inch hard chrome plated, heat-treated alloy steel shaft and Teflon-lined spherical bearings are built for long-term durability. A redundant sealing system keeps the unit 100% serviceable and tunable rather than a sealed, disposable design.

This is a single front coil-over, sold individually; the matched rear shock for this platform is FOX 985-24-029. Not compatible with the SVT Raptor F-150 or 2WD models, which use different FOX shock applications.
