Product Description

The FOX 985-24-124 is a 2.0 Performance Series IFP smooth body rear shock for the 2003-2024 Toyota 4Runner, 2007-2014 FJ Cruiser, 2003-2009 Lexus GX470, 2010-2023 Lexus GX460, and 1998-2021 Toyota Land Cruiser (J100/J200) with 0-1.5" of rear lift. The Internal Floating Piston mono-tube design separates shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen gas chamber for consistent, fade-resistant damping. The 2.0" impact extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body dissipates heat four times faster than conventional steel and will never rust.

Race-developed high-flow piston with application-specific valving tuned for this Toyota/Lexus platform delivers comfortable on-road ride quality with predictable off-road handling. Direct bolt-on installation reusing factory mounting hardware. Fully serviceable. Does not fit the 2025+ 4Runner or 2024+ Land Cruiser 250/GX 550 (new platforms).
