Product Description

The FOX 980-24-658 2.0 Performance Series Front Shock is engineered to upgrade front suspension performance on lifted GM trucks and SUVs. Featuring FOX's Internal Floating Piston (IFP) mono-tube design, this shock keeps nitrogen gas and shock oil separated to eliminate aeration and provide consistent damping across varied terrain and load conditions. The precision CNC-machined 2.0" aluminum body resists corrosion and improves heat dissipation for long-lasting durability and performance.

Designed as a direct-fit performance replacement for select 1999-2010 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 models, as well as 2000-2013 Suburban/Yukon XL, Avalanche 2500, and Hummer H2, the 980-24-658 supports front lift heights of approximately 4"-6". Its application-specific valving, high-flow piston, and robust construction deliver improved ride control, suspension articulation, and stability over stock shocks for lifted trucks used on-road or off-road.
