Product Description

The Ford Racing M-9424-M50CJB Cobra Jet Intake Manifold is engineered to deliver exceptional performance gains for 2011-2023 Mustang GT and 2011-2020 F-150 models equipped with the 5.0L V8 engine. Drawing inspiration from the Cobra Jet race car, this manifold features a composite construction that enhances strength and reduces weight, while improved lid stiffness ensures optimal performance under high RPM conditions.

Designed for high-performance applications, the manifold is tested to withstand up to 20+ PSI of boost pressure and is tuned for peak power at 7,750 RPM. It is compatible with stock Mustang GT 5.0L fuel rails and includes necessary intake manifold gaskets for installation. Please note that installation on 2015-2023 Mustang GT models requires modifications, including hood clearancing or the use of an aftermarket hood and/or lower engine mounts.

To complete the installation, additional components are required, including a compatible throttle body (M-9926-CJ65, M-9926-MSVT, or M-9926-SCJ), the M-9444-M50B installation kit, and the M-9603-M50CJ cold air intake or an equivalent system to mate to the oval throttle body. Custom calibration is necessary to ensure proper engine performance and prevent potential damage; calibration is not included with the manifold.
