Product Description

The Ford Racing M-6766-RR30 is the dual air/oil separator kit engineered specifically for the 3.0L EcoBoost V6 engine in the 2022-2025 Bronco Raptor and 2024-2025 Ranger Raptor. The PCV system on boosted engines like the 3.0L EcoBoost can allow oil vapor to pass into the intake manifold, especially under hard acceleration or high-RPM use - over time this contributes to carbon buildup on intake valves and throttle bodies. This kit intercepts that oil vapor before it reaches the intake, collecting it in precision-molded canisters that can be periodically drained.

This is the redesigned replacement for the previous M-6766-BW30 kit, featuring an updated passenger-side canister with improved fitment and hood clearance. The system is entirely application-specific - every hose, fitting, bracket, and canister was designed for this exact engine and bay layout by the same engineers who built the Bronco Raptor's powertrain. It is not a universal catch can adapted to fit. Installation follows the same procedure as the prior kit, and the instruction sheet from Ford Performance applies to both versions.
