The Ford Racing M-8C607-MSVT is a high-performance electric cooling fan assembly designed as a direct bolt-in upgrade for all 2005-2014 S197 Mustang V8 models, including the GT, Bullitt, Boss 302, and Shelby GT500. This is the same unit installed as OE equipment on the 2013-2014 Shelby GT500, where it was engineered to manage the thermal demands of a supercharged 5.8L V8 producing over 650 horsepower. For earlier GT and other V8 variants, it represents a direct performance upgrade over the factory fan with a 7-blade puller design rated at 3,286 CFM.

Installation is straightforward - the assembly uses all existing factory mounting points and plugs directly into the OE wiring harness, making it a true plug-and-play upgrade requiring only basic hand tools.
