Product Description

Ford Racing 4.6L 2V PI Intake Manifold. Same production part used on 2001-2004 GT Mustangs, meeting OEM tolerances and integrating with factory sensors, throttle body, and injection. Updated runner design, larger bell mouth, deeper plenum, and an all-aluminum coolant crossover with two sensor bungs replace the crack-prone factory plastic crossover.

Direct fit for 01-04 GT Mustangs and 2002+ Crown Victoria/Grand Marquis/Town Car with PI heads. Usable on 96-00 GT Mustangs with a PI head swap; 96-98 needs custom calibration. Does not fit 2007 F-150 despite sharing the 4.6L 2V.

Manifold gaskets come pre-installed, so no separate gaskets are needed. Includes a new 195° thermostat, thermostat O-ring gasket, and alternator bracket -- use the bracket if the vehicle isn't already equipped with an aluminum crossover manifold. 1999-early 2001 installs also need the 2001-2004 thermostat housing bolts. Off-road use only, sold individually.
