Fitment Notes

• For use with FASS Titanium Series and Titanium Signature Series fuel systems ONLY - not compatible with other FASS series (HD Series, Drop-In Series, Industrial Series, etc.) unless those systems include dual heater ports
• The High Output Electric Heater Disk MUST be installed on the suction side of the FASS system - it is NOT rated for use on the pressure side
• This is an add-on accessory kit - a FASS Titanium or Titanium Signature Series fuel system must already be installed on the vehicle
• FASS Titanium Series systems include two built-in heater ports to accommodate this kit

Features

Product Description

The FASS HK1003U is the Titanium Signature Series Ultimate Electric Heater Kit - the highest-output cold weather fuel heating solution in the FASS product lineup, delivering a combined 500 watts of fuel-thawing capacity. It adds a 300-watt High Output Electric Heater Disk and two 100-watt Electric Heater Probes to an existing FASS Titanium or Titanium Signature Series fuel system, providing triple-element heating for diesel operators in extreme cold climates where single or dual heater kits are insufficient.

All three heating elements are thermostatically controlled - they engage automatically when fuel temperature drops below 34°F and shut off once fuel reaches optimal operating temperature, eliminating any risk of overheating and making the system fully autonomous. As the FASS system runs, heated fuel is continuously recirculated back to the tank, warming the entire fuel supply from the ground up to prevent gelling before it starts. The High Output Heater Disk installs on the suction side of the FASS system (not pressure rated) as a spin-on element above the suction filter; the two probe elements install into the system's built-in heater ports. A must-have upgrade for Titanium Series FASS owners running in sub-zero or sustained below-freezing environments. Made in the USA.
