Product Description

The FASS BBRK1001 is a Banjo Bolt Replacement Kit - commonly called a "Big Line Kit" - designed for 1998.5-2012 Dodge and Ram trucks equipped with the 24-valve 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins diesel and VP44 or CP3 injection pumps. Even when a high-output lift pump has been added, the factory banjo bolt connections between the fuel filter housing and injection pump remain a significant restriction that limits fuel flow to the injection pump. This kit addresses that restriction directly, replacing the OEM banjo bolts with 12mm AN fittings and 3/8-inch push-lock hose to open up fuel flow volume substantially.

The result is reduced fuel system restriction, improved injection pump fueling, and lower pump operating temperatures - all of which reduce the risk of VP44 and CP3 pump cavitation and extend service life. The kit also supports improved throttle response and horsepower at elevated power levels where fuel delivery becomes a limiting factor. The complete kit includes two straight 12mm AN fittings, two 90-degree push-lock fittings, and 3/8-inch fuel hose, with no additional hardware required. Installation connects the fuel filter housing outlet to the injection pump inlet via the new larger-flow line.
