Product Description

The FASS RPDMAX is a direct factory replacement motor for the D-Max Flow Enhancer system, restoring full performance to a worn or failed DMAX7001 or DMAX7002 lift pump housing. Since Duramax diesel engines don't come with a factory lift pump, the CP3 injection pump has to pull fuel under vacuum -- introducing air and vapor that can lead to injector damage over time. A properly functioning D-Max system eliminates that vacuum by pushing pressurized fuel to the injection pump instead.

This replacement motor restores that constant 8-10 psi fuel pressure, extending injection pump life and preserving the performance and economy gains Duramax owners expect from their FASS system. A simple, direct motor swap gets a tired D-Max pump back to like-new performance without replacing the entire housing and wiring harness.

Compatible with both the 2001-2010 DMAX7001 and 2011-2016 DMAX7002 system housings, covering the full run of GM 6.6L Duramax trucks these systems were originally designed for.
