Product Description

The FASS TSF14250F220G Titanium Signature Series is a complete diesel fuel lift pump and filtration system for the 1999-2007 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450/F-550 Super Duty equipped with the 7.3L or 6.0L Powerstroke engine. Rated at 220 gallons per hour at 45-50 PSI, this system is sized for moderate to extreme builds in the 600-900 HP range. The Titanium Signature Series addresses the Powerstroke's known susceptibility to injector failure by removing fuel contaminants -- water, air, vapor, and particulates -- through a patented air/vapor separation process and 2-micron filtration before fuel reaches the injection system.

Installation uses FASS's bolt-on bracket system that mounts directly to the factory bed bolt, eliminating the need for drilling or welding. The included STK-1002 bulkhead fitting (6061 T-6 billet aluminum) routes the return line directly back to the tank without cutting the filler neck. The PTFE Teflon suction tube is cuttable to match various tank depths. FASS Whisper Technology and Performance Radius Cuts provide quiet operation and maximized flow efficiency. Replaces the earlier TS-F14-220G part number. Not for use on Ford Excursion -- use TSF15250F220G instead. Backed by FASS's limited lifetime warranty.
