Product Description

The FASS TSF14180F140G is a Titanium Signature Series 140GPH diesel fuel lift pump and filtration system for 1999-2007 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty and Excursion with 7.3L and 6.0L Powerstroke diesel engines. Rated at 140 gallons per hour at 60-65 PSI, this system supports stock to 700 HP fueling configurations. FASS Whisper Technology (FWT) delivers dramatically reduced noise levels without sacrificing flow rate, while the patented air/vapor removal process, built-in water separation, and 3-micron filtration protect fuel injectors from the contaminants that cause premature failure -- a known issue on Powerstroke platforms.

Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) within the billet aluminum housing create smooth fuel flow paths that prevent eddy currents and air reintroduction, while Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology continuously recirculates unused fuel back through the filtration process for constant fuel polishing. The included 6061 T-6 billet aluminum bulkhead fitting combines the suction tube and return line into one unit, eliminating filler neck cutting and simplifying installation. Bolt-on machined steel brackets mount using the factory bed bolt -- no drilling or welding required. Optional electric fuel heater and fuel pressure gauge ports are built in.
