Product Description

The FASS NDTSD08100G is a No-Drop Series diesel fuel system kit combining the Titanium Signature Series 100GPH lift pump (TSD08100G) with the FASS SK5501 fuel sump kit for the 1998.5-2004.5 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 with the 5.9L 24-valve Cummins diesel. The No-Drop design eliminates the need to drop the fuel tank during installation -- the return-style sump kit requires only a single hole drilled into the fuel tank, with a 1/2" NPT return port for the FASS return line. The oversized sump bowl acts as a reservoir to prevent fuel starvation during hard braking or acceleration on low fuel.

The Titanium Signature Series lift pump features FASS Whisper Technology for drastically reduced noise while increasing fuel flow, Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) for smooth internal fuel passages that prevent air and vapor reintroduction, and Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology that continuously polishes fuel by cycling it through the filtration system. The 2-micron filtration removes over 99% of water, air, and debris from diesel fuel -- protecting the VP44 injection pump and Bosch injectors from premature wear.
