Product Description

The FASS TS D12 165G is a Titanium Signature Series 165GPH diesel fuel air separation system for the 2019-2020 RAM 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins. Engineered with over 2.5 years of development, the Signature Series features FASS Whisper Technology (FWT) that drastically reduces pump noise through radius cuts, tighter gear tolerances, and military-spec coatings while increasing fuel flow rates. The 3 micron filtration, built-in water separation, and patented air/vapor removal process protect your injection pump and injectors by delivering the cleanest possible fuel to your engine.

Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) create smooth internal passages that prevent air/vapor reintroduction and stagnant fuel pockets. Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology continuously polishes fuel by returning unused fuel through the filtration process back to the tank. Includes the STK-1002 bulkhead and suction tube kit with 5/8" suction tube and 1/2" return port -- eliminates cutting the filler neck.
