Product Description

The FASS DIFSFRD1001 is a Drop-In Series Diesel Fuel Filter System for the 2017-2025 Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 Super Duty with the 6.7L Power Stroke. Designed as a true bolt-in upgrade, it mounts directly in the factory water separator location and retains the OEM in-tank lift pump -- no cutting, wiring, or tuning required. Installation takes one hour or less. It is the only drop-in filtration system for the 6.7L Power Stroke that maintains full functionality of the OEM water-in-fuel sensor and incorporates internal air separation passages.

The system removes over 99% of both free and emulsified water from diesel fuel and filters particulates down to 2 microns, protecting the high-pressure injection system from premature wear and failure. Exclusive Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) machine smooth internal passages that eliminate turbulence and prevent entrained air from re-entering the fuel stream, increasing fuel lubricity by up to 10%. Filtration performance matches FASS's top-tier Titanium Signature and Industrial Series systems. Replacement filters are FASS XWS3002XL (water separator) and FASS CWS1010 (particulate separator).
