Product Description

The FASS TSC13180F140G Titanium Signature Series is a fuel air separation and lift pump system built specifically for the 2017-2019 GM Duramax 6.6L L5P. While the L5P came from the factory with a lift pump -- unlike earlier Duramax generations -- the stock unit falls short for tuned applications. This FASS system delivers 140 GPH of clean, deaerated fuel at 25 PSI, with proprietary Performance Radius Cuts machining and Mass Flow Return Technology to protect the HP4 injection pump and injectors from air, vapor, and contaminants.

The bolt-on bracket system installs in approximately one hour with no drilling or welding required. This system is designed for trucks with aftermarket tuning capable of deleting specific diagnostic codes -- a MIL will be triggered without a compatible tune. Confirm DTC deletion capability with your calibration supplier before ordering. Once properly installed and tuned, the TSC13180F140G provides the flow and filtration needed to support aggressive power builds up to approximately 500 horsepower.
