The FASS NDTSD07165G is a No-Drop Kit bundling the Titanium Signature Series 165GPH fuel system (TSD07165G) with the SK5501 diesel fuel sump kit for the 2005-2018 and 2021-2024 RAM 2500/3500 with 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins engines. The No-Drop Kit simplifies installation by including a fuel sump that eliminates the need to remove the fuel tank -- saving significant labor time and cost. The bundle also offers savings over purchasing the fuel system and sump kit separately.

The Titanium Signature Series features FASS Whisper Technology for drastically reduced pump noise while increasing fuel flow rates, 3-micron filtration with built-in water separation, and FASS's patented air/vapor removal process. Performance Radius Cuts prevent air reintroduction into the fuel, and Mass Flow Return technology continuously polishes fuel by returning filtered excess back to the tank. Rated for 600-900 HP applications. Does not fit 2019-2020 RAM -- those model years require the FASS TS D12 series due to chassis differences.
