The FASS NDTSD07100G No-Drop Series Diesel Fuel System & Sump Kit is engineered for 2005-2018 and 2021-2024 RAM 2500 and 3500 trucks equipped with the Cummins 5.9L and 6.7L engines. Designed as a comprehensive upgrade, this No-Drop Kit combines a 100 GPH Titanium Signature Series fuel system with a FASS fuel sump kit to simplify installation - eliminating the need to drop the fuel tank while providing high-quality fuel delivery and filtration for stock up to ~600 HP applications.

Featuring advanced 2-micron absolute filtration and water separation, the NDTSD07100G removes over 99 % of water and contaminants while eliminating air and vapor from the fuel stream. This improves fuel lubricity, helps extend the life of critical high-pressure injection components, and enhances overall engine performance and reliability. Installation is made easier with the included sump kit and hardware, and optional electric fuel heater kits are available for cold-weather environments where fuel gelling may be a concern.
