The FASS TSD07165G Titanium Signature Series 165GPH Lift Pump is engineered to provide consistent fuel delivery and filtration for Dodge/RAM 2500 and 3500 trucks equipped with 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins diesel engines from 2005 through 2018 and 2021 through 2024. This system supports high-performance applications ranging from 600 to 900 horsepower, ensuring your engine receives clean, air-free fuel under all operating conditions.

Featuring advanced filtration with a 2-micron rating and integrated water separation, the TSD07165G protects your fuel system components from contaminants and moisture. The patented Mass Flow Return system continuously polishes the fuel, eliminating air and vapor to prevent cavitation and maintain optimal injector performance. FASS Whisper Technology reduces pump noise, providing a quieter operation compared to standard lift pumps.

The included Bulkhead Fitting Suction Tube Kit simplifies installation by allowing direct plumbing to the fuel tank module, eliminating the need to cut the filler neck and significantly reducing installation time. Optional ports for an electric heater and fuel pressure gauge offer enhanced functionality for cold weather operation and system monitoring.
