The Fabtech FTSBK3 is a 3-inch tapered rear lift block set designed for leaf spring-equipped trucks and SUVs. The tapered profile helps preserve the factory pinion angle after lift, reducing drivetrain stress and maintaining smoother power delivery. Cast iron construction ensures the blocks hold up under towing, hauling, and off-road conditions without flex or deformation over time.

These blocks are a cost-effective solution for leveling a truck after a front lift, adding rear clearance for larger tires, or replacing undersized blocks included in a complete lift kit. Installation requires longer-than-factory U-bolts (sold separately). Not compatible with coil spring rear suspensions - verify your rear suspension type before ordering.
