Product Description

The Fabtech K7066 is a 6" Basic Suspension Lift Kit with Rear Performance Shocks for the 2015-2024 Toyota 4Runner 4WD, excluding TRD Pro and KDSS-equipped models. The kit uses Fabtech's proven IFS (Independent Front Suspension) approach -- extended length ductile iron steering knuckles raise the front suspension geometry to achieve 6" of lift while retaining near-stock track width and compatibility with Toyota's Electronic Stability Control. Thick wall front coilover spacers retain the factory 4Runner shocks for a stock-like front ride quality, keeping cost down while delivering the full lift height.

Heavy duty 1/4" thick steel lower control arm crossmembers are arched for maximum ground clearance and include four adjustable alignment cams for precise post-lift alignment. An integrated front differential skid plate protects the drivetrain during off-road use, and integrated differential mounts maintain proper CV and driveshaft angles throughout the full suspension travel range. The front sway bar receives drop brackets and billet heim-style end links to prevent binding at the lifted height. At the rear, steel coil spring spacers with integrated side support retain the factory coil springs, while heavy duty tubular control link arms reposition the tire in the wheel well at the new height. A 1/4" thick rear Track Bar bracket relocates the bar to keep the vehicle tracking straight. Two FTS7237 Rear Performance Shocks complete the kit, featuring twin tube hydraulic construction, 9/16" hardened chrome piston rods, and high-flow 9-stage valving with closed cell foam inserts for reduced shock fade.
