The Energy Suspension 5.2118G Rear Leaf Spring Bushings are a high-performance polyurethane replacement for original rubber bushings on select Dodge Ram trucks. Over time, factory rubber bushings can dry out, crack, and deform, leading to poor leaf spring alignment and reduced suspension performance. These bushings use Hyper-Flex™ polyurethane, which resists wear and environmental degradation, helping maintain proper suspension geometry under load, improving handling response during acceleration, braking, and cornering.

This set fits rear leaf spring mounts on 2003-2009 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks in both 2WD and 4WD configurations, and 2006-2008 Dodge Ram 1500 models in 4WD.
