The Energy Suspension 16.1105G Motor Mount Insert Kit is designed for 1992-2000 Honda Civic and 1993-1997 Civic del Sol manual-transmission models. These performance polyurethane inserts fill the voids in the factory torque mounts, significantly reducing engine movement during acceleration, shifting, and aggressive driving.

Manufactured from Energy Suspension's Hyper-Flex polyurethane compound, the inserts provide substantially greater durability than the original rubber material while resisting deterioration from oil, coolant, and road contaminants. By limiting drivetrain movement, the kit helps improve throttle response, shifting precision, and overall vehicle control.
