The Eibach 35101.84 Pro-Damper kit is the shock and strut half of a complete Mustang suspension upgrade, engineered specifically to work with the increased spring rate and lowered ride height that come from Eibach's Pro-Kit or Sportline lowering springs. On its own, a lowering spring only changes ride height and spring rate - this kit is what lets the dampers actually control that new spring behavior properly instead of feeling under- or over-damped.

Eibach tuned the damping specifically around their own spring line's characteristics, aiming for sharper handling and reduced body roll through corners without tipping into a harsh, jarring ride - the balance point that's easy to miss when mixing aftermarket springs with stock dampers not designed for the change.

Because this is a damper kit and not a spring kit, it's meant to be paired with Eibach's Pro-Kit or Sportline springs (sold separately) to get the intended result.
