Type: Coilover Springs

Vehicle Fitment

  • Universal - fits any coilover shock or suspension system with a 3.000 in. (76.2mm) inside diameter spring perch
  • Purpose-built for off-road coilover applications including long-travel truck/SUV suspension, prerunner builds, desert racing, high-speed off-road, and overlanding setups requiring a stiffer, longer spring
  • Compatible with bypass shocks, remote-reservoir coilovers, and extended long-travel race suspension accepting a 3.00 in. ID spring at 16 in. free length

Fitment Notes

  • Confirm your coilover's spring perch inside diameter matches 3.000 in. (76.2mm) before ordering - this is the primary fitment dimension
  • Verify that a 16.000 in. free length and 650 lb/in. rate suit your coilover's designed travel range, desired ride height, and vehicle corner weight
  • Sold individually - order two for a complete front or rear axle replacement
  • The 650 lb/in. rate is a firm off-road setup best suited to heavy vehicles, high-speed desert racing, or builds using very long shock travel; consult your shock manufacturer or suspension tuner for application-specific rate guidance

Features

  • ERO (Eibach Race Off-Road) series - engineered specifically for the elevated shock loads, high-frequency inputs, and extreme travel demands of off-road racing and heavy-duty recreation
  • Manufactured from Eibach's proprietary Hi-Ten spring steel alloy for exceptional fatigue resistance under repeated high-impact loading
  • CNC precision winding process ensures the highest linearity and rate consistency from full extension to block
  • Each spring is individually tested and certified to its stated 650 lb/in. rate before leaving the factory
  • Maximum travel in combination with one of the smallest block heights available for a 3.00 in. ID, 16 in. off-road spring
  • Silver powdercoat finish engineered for off-road environments - corrosion-resistant and highly visible for inspection in the field
  • Ultra-lightweight Hi-Ten steel construction minimizes unsprung mass relative to the high spring rate
  • Trusted by professional off-road race teams competing in desert racing, rally raid, and extreme off-road events worldwide

Product Description

The Eibach 1600.300.0650S is a 16-inch, 650 lb/in. coilover spring from Eibach's ERO (Eibach Race Off-Road) series - silver-finished and purpose-built for the most demanding long-travel off-road suspension builds. At 3.000 inches inside diameter and 16.000 inches in free length, this is one of the longer springs in the ERO 3.00" ID lineup, designed for coilover setups that require both extended stroke and a stiff spring rate to manage heavy vehicle loads or high-speed desert terrain inputs. The 650 lb/in. rate is firm by off-road standards, placing this spring firmly in the desert racing and high-performance prerunner category where wheel speeds and landing forces demand significant spring resistance.

Like all Eibach ERO springs, the 1600.300.0650S is wound from proprietary Hi-Ten spring steel on CNC machinery, then individually tested and certified to its stated rate. The silver powdercoat is the hallmark of the ERO off-road line - durable in mud, water, and abrasive environments and easily identified during post-run inspection. Order two for a complete axle set, and consult your shock manufacturer or suspension tuner to confirm whether 650 lb/in. at 16 inches is appropriate for your vehicle weight, corner loads, and intended use. For the same rate in a shorter length, see the 1400.300.0650S (14 in.) or 1200.300.0650S (12 in.).
