Fitment Notes

• 4WD configurations only - does not fit 2WD F-150 models. 2WD trucks use different leaf spring hardware and U-bolt spacing.
• Does not fit 2009-2013 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor - the Raptor uses a different rear suspension geometry and U-bolt pattern that is not compatible with this block kit.
• Does not fit 2015 or newer Ford F-150 - the 2015+ F-150 uses the 13th-generation aluminum-body platform with different suspension architecture. See Eibach part number LB81-35-035 series for 2015+ applications.
• Physical block height is 2.5"; net lift height at the rear axle is +1.0" after accounting for the leaf spring geometry.
• Designed for use with Eibach PRO-TRUCK Sport Rear Shocks. Compatible with stock rear shocks as well, but PRO-TRUCK Sport Shocks are recommended for best performance at the raised rear height.
• A professional wheel alignment check is recommended after installation.

Product Description

The Eibach LB81-35-002-01-02 LIFT-BLOCK kit delivers +1.0" of rear lift for the 2009-2014 Ford F-150 in 4WD configuration, providing a simple, clean method to raise the rear of the truck without replacing leaf springs or rear shocks. Each block is machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and given a durable anodized finish, delivering the corrosion resistance and load-bearing strength needed for the high static and dynamic stresses placed on rear leaf spring blocks - particularly when towing, hauling, or running larger aftermarket tire and wheel combinations. At 2.5" of physical block height, the geometry of the 12th-generation F-150's leaf spring rear suspension results in +1.0" of actual ride height gain at the axle centerline.

A heavy-duty steel centering pin is pre-assembled into each block and mates with the centering hole in the factory leaf spring perch and axle pad, preventing any lateral shift or rotation of the block under load. The kit includes extended U-bolts and all necessary hardware, so no additional parts are required for a complete installation. The blocks install at the rear axle's existing leaf spring mounting points - no fabrication, welding, drilling, or modification to the frame or axle housing is required. Eibach recommends pairing this lift block kit with their PRO-TRUCK Sport Rear Shocks for the best damping performance at the raised ride height, though the blocks are also compatible with factory rear shocks.

This kit fits 4WD F-150 models from the 12th generation (2009-2014) only. The SVT Raptor variant of the 2009-2013 F-150 is specifically excluded due to its unique TTB front suspension and different rear axle U-bolt configuration. The 2014 F-150 (the final year of the 12th generation) is fully supported and does not carry the Raptor exclusion. Owners of 2015 and newer F-150 models (13th generation aluminum body) must use a different Eibach lift block part number - the platforms are not interchangeable.
