Product Description

Edelbrock Performer RPM Air-Gap Intake Manifold. Incorporates the same race-winning technology used on Edelbrock's Victor Series competition intakes. The Air-Gap design features an open space separating the intake runners from the heat of the lifter-valley cover, keeping the air and fuel mixture cooler and denser for real gains in power.

Tuned runners extend the effective power band by 1,000 RPM over the standard Performer Air-Gap manifold, delivering strong performance from 1,500 to 6,500 RPM. Designed for square-bore 4bbl carburetors, non-EGR. Built for street/high performance use -- for stock, mild street, or off-road applications, Edelbrock recommends the Performer manifold (PN 2101/2701) instead for better off-idle response and low-end torque.

Fits Chevrolet small-block V8 engines spanning 262-400 c.i.d. across the years listed above. Aluminum construction, natural cast finish. Not legal for sale or use on emissions-controlled vehicles -- closed competition racing only. Compatible with Edelbrock installation kit PN 2042, which includes gaskets, bolts, studs, and RTV sealant.
