Product Description

The Edelbrock 1902 AVS2 carburetor is a 500 CFM 4-barrel, manual-choke unit built for small-displacement street or light-performance gasoline engines that use a standard square-bore 4-barrel intake manifold and run without computerized fuel or emission controls. Its annular-flow primary boosters improve fuel atomization and throttle response, while the mechanical secondary and aluminum body make this carburetor rugged and easy to maintain. The satin-finished body gives a clean look and helps resist corrosion - useful for classic cars, small-block V8 swaps, or lightweight street builds.

Out of the box, 1902 comes with factory jets and rods optimized for balanced street performance. The included vacuum ports support vacuum-advance distributors or traditional ignition-timing setups. Because this is a universal-fit carburetor (not vehicle-specific), correct installation depends on matching the intake manifold flange, fuel system setup, and engine type (gasoline, carb-fed, non-EFI).
