Product Description

The Edelbrock 1207 is a 14-inch round chrome air cleaner built to top off any carburetor with a standard 5-1/8" air horn, covering most popular square-bore and spread-bore carbs including Edelbrock's own Performer and AVS2 lines, Holley 4-barrels, Quadrajets, and Carter AFB/Thermo-Quad units. It's aimed at builders who want a finished, classic chrome look under the hood without giving up easy filter access.

Installation is straightforward on most carburetors, but two common Edelbrock setups need an extra part: electric-choke and Quadrajet-style carbs need the 3/4" spacer (#350-8092), and manual-choke Edelbrock carbs need the banjo-style fuel fitting (#350-8089). Neither is included with this air cleaner, so factor that in if you're running one of those setups.

Because this is a universal part rather than a vehicle-specific one, fitment comes down to your carburetor's throat diameter and available hood clearance rather than your car's year, make, or model - a 14" diameter with roughly 3.3" of height from the carb flange is the number to check against your engine bay before ordering.
