Product Description

The EBC S5KR1467 Stage 5 rear brake kit significantly enhances braking performance on 2013-2017 Subaru BRZ, Scion FR-S, and Toyota 86 models. Featuring GG-rated Yellowstuff pads combined with GD-series 332 mm vented, slotted, and dimpled rotors, this kit delivers excellent cold bite, thermal management, and fade resistance for both street and track use.

Rotors are coated with Thermic Black Geomet to resist corrosion during bedding, while the Brake-In™ red pad surface speeds up pad-to-rotor mating for optimal braking response. Pads are pre-shimmed and chamfered for quiet operation, and precision-balanced rotors help minimize brake pulsation and vibration.

Fitment is confirmed for rear axle use on all listed vehicles with 2.0L flat-four engines and rear-wheel drive. Installation is bolt-on with no modifications required. Coverage is confirmed through model year 2017; later models remain unverified. Front brake upgrades are recommended to maintain consistent braking performance.
