Fitment Notes

• Fits 6-lug wheel configurations only - does not fit 5-lug variants
• Does not fit models equipped with a Limited Slip Axle/Differential on applicable years
• Do not install performance upgrade pads to the rear unless a matching upgrade has also been fitted to the front axle
• Do not use brake cleaner or solvents on the Thermic Black anti-rust rotor coating - coating clears naturally from the pad contact zone during initial bedding stops

The EBC S13KR1300 Stage 13 Rear Brake Kit is engineered for 1999-2006 GMT800-platform Chevrolet and GMC 1500-series trucks and SUVs. Combining EBC's flagship Yellowstuff pads with precision OEM-grade RK Series rotors, this kit delivers a substantial upgrade over stock rear brakes - especially for owners who tow, haul heavy loads, or have fitted oversized tires and wheels. Yellowstuff compound bites hard from a cold start and only improves as heat builds, providing the confident, fade-free stopping these capable trucks deserve on and off the highway.

The matched RK Series rotors are machined from high-carbon G3000 grey iron, individually run-out tested, and protected with Thermic Black anti-corrosion coating that naturally wears away in the pad contact zone during bedding. This is a direct-fit, no-modification kit specific to 6-lug Silverado, Sierra, Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban, Avalanche, Astro, and Safari models without a Limited Slip Axle. For maximum brake balance, EBC recommends upgrading both front and rear axles with matching performance pads when installing this rear kit.
