Product Description

The EBC DP41193R is a Yellowstuff 4000 Series rear brake pad set for a wide range of Acura, Honda, and Suzuki applications. EBC Yellowstuff uses an aramid fiber compound that delivers high braking friction from cold -- one of the first compounds engineered for both street and track use without requiring warm-up. Under the heat of hard driving, these pads get even stronger, making them ideal for spirited street driving, autocross, time attack, and light track day use on stock caliper setups. FMSI D537 fitment with pad dimensions of 89 x 48 x 14mm.

Center-line slotting prevents thermal cracking and vents excess heat, while EBC's break-in surface coating provides strong braking performance right out of the box. The synthetic aramid fiber material is minimally abrasive on rotors. Updated in 2021 to a copper-free formulation. These are not low-dust pads -- for low-dust premium street use, EBC recommends their Redstuff line instead. EBC strongly advises fitting the same upgrade compound to the front axle when upgrading rear pads. Proven in SCCA and NASA competition with over 543 test drivers.
