The EBC DP41079R is a Yellowstuff 4000 Series rear brake pad set for the BMW E36 3 Series, covering all major variants from 1992 through 2001 including the 318i, 323i, 325i, 328i, and US-spec M3. Built from EBC's aramid fiber compound, Yellowstuff delivers approximately 30% more stopping power than OEM pads with strong cold bite and excellent heat resistance up to 450°C -- making it an ideal upgrade for spirited street driving, towing, or vehicles with oversized wheel and tire packages.

Updated in 2021 to remove copper for full environmental compliance, the compound arrives Brake-in coated for faster bedding. Fully shimmed, slotted, and chamfered for quiet, smooth operation. ECE R90 approved for street use. For dedicated track days, EBC recommends Bluestuff pads instead. Always upgrade front pads to equal or higher compound when fitting performance rear pads.
