Product Description

The EBC DP42089R is a set of Yellowstuff high-friction rear brake pads for a wide range of BMW models including the F10 M5/5 Series, G30 5 Series, G80/G81 M3, G82/G83 M4, G87 M2, G05 X5, G06 X6, G07 X7, G01 X3, G02 X4, G11 7 Series, G14 8 Series, and iX. Yellowstuff is EBC's flagship aramid fiber compound delivering 30-40% improved braking over OE pads with excellent cold bite and fade resistance up to 450°C.

Works from cold without warm-up for daily street use and gets progressively stronger under heat for spirited driving and track day sessions. Medium hardness compound provides smooth pedal feel and minimal rotor wear. Shimmed, chamfered, and slotted with EBC's Brake-In surface coating for fast bed-in. Must be paired with a matching front upgrade for balanced braking. ECE R90 approved for street use.
