Fitment Notes

  • Fits 2018+ Ford F-150 with Electric Parking Brake (EPB) only - does not fit F-150 models with a traditional mechanical parking brake
  • Does not fit 2015-2017 Ford F-150 - those use a thinner 21.9mm rear rotor (see EBC GD7700)
  • Does not fit 2021+ Ford F-150 Raptor (Gen 3) - that generation uses a different rear brake specification
  • Does not fit 2024+ Ford Expedition - new generation uses a different rear brake specification
  • Thermic Black coating does not require removal before install - clears naturally from the pad contact zone within the first 10-20 stops
  • Do not fit upgrade pads to the rear unless the same upgrade is also fitted to the front

Features

  • Wide-aperture slots draw cool air under the pad contact zone, reducing heat buildup and preventing brake fade under towing, hauling, or spirited driving
  • Blind-drilled dimples provide superior pad degassing without the stress crack risk of through-drilled holes
  • Thermic Black anti-corrosion finish protects all non-contact areas from road salt, brine, and moisture
  • 6-lug vented design matches OEM rear brake dimensions for direct bolt-on installation
  • Wider vented center aperture promotes consistent airflow between rotor faces for reliable thermal management
  • Precision CNC machined to within 0.05mm tolerances; 100% runout and dimensionally inspected before release
  • Cast from G3000 high-carbon grey iron - the same spec used in OEM production
  • Passed European R90 brake safety standards; proven to run significantly cooler than non-slotted rotors

Product Description

The EBC GD7784 3GD Series Rear Brake Rotors are engineered for the 2018-refresh Ford F-150, Gen 2 Raptor, Expedition, and Lincoln Navigator - all of which share the same updated 336mm rear rotor specification with Electric Parking Brake integration. Matching OEM dimensions exactly at 24mm thick, these rotors add EBC's proven dimpled-and-slotted surface treatment to actively pull cool air through the rear contact zone and expel heat, gases, and brake dust - a meaningful upgrade for trucks and SUVs that regularly tow, haul, or encounter demanding terrain.

Each rotor is individually balanced and runout-inspected before shipping for smooth, vibration-free performance from day one. The Thermic Black coating protects non-swept areas from corrosion and clears naturally from the contact zone during break-in - no prep required. EBC recommends pairing these rotors with Greenstuff 6000 or Yellowstuff rear brake pads and allowing a 500-mile bedding period with progressive braking to fully seat the pad-to-rotor contact surfaces.
