Product Description

The EBC DP51513/3NDX is a Bluestuff NDX front brake pad set built for the Audi TT, TTRS, and RS3, an intermediate-grade trackday and race compound favored by club racers and serious trackday enthusiasts. It delivers a high friction coefficient without feeling grabby, giving superb pedal modulation alongside strong fade resistance well beyond street-oriented pads.

Once bedded, the 0.52µ compound holds stable friction up to 550°C/1000°F, a notch higher than EBC's sister Yellowstuff compound, while lasting roughly 30% longer. Bluestuff NDX is R90 approved and track suitable, offering excellent bite from cold and progressive, controllable brake feel that makes it forgiving even under hard track use.

This compound performs best paired with multi-piston aftermarket calipers offering strong release and cooling alongside larger rotors -- smaller street-based calipers can struggle with pad size and caliper drag. On track, inspect pads every 30 laps and replace once friction material reaches 3mm (1/8 inch) to avoid brake fade.
