Product Description

The EBC DP62153 GreenStuff 6000 Series rear brake pads are a premium performance upgrade for mid-size SUVs and crossovers. These pads are engineered with an aramid-fiber GreenStuff compound that delivers a higher friction coefficient than typical OEM pads while maintaining relatively low dust and rotor wear. The pre-applied brake-in coating helps with quicker and reliable bedding-in during the first few stops.

Designed for vehicles like the Volkswagen Atlas and Atlas Cross Sport, as well as Audi Q3 and Volkswagen Tiguan, these pads are rear-axle specific and built to handle the demands of heavier vehicle weight and frequent street driving. The fully shimmed and chamfered design reduces noise, and the slotted surface improves heat dispersion. The green-powder coated backing plate resists corrosion, and the Thermic Black coating should be left intact - it will wear off naturally in the pad swept area after initial use.
