Product Description

The EBC BSD2028 is a pair of BSD Blade Sport front brake rotors for the 2017-2021 Honda Civic Type R FK8. The BSD V-pattern blade slot design uses multi-overlap bi-directional slots to improve heat dispersion and keep brake pads running cooler than OE-style rotors, while the overlapping geometry minimizes wind noise for quieter operation compared to conventional slotted rotors.

Cast from GS3000 high-carbon, high-silicone grey iron with double carbon levels for superior resistance to extreme heat cycling, each rotor is precision machined, flat ground, metallurgy checked, balanced, and finished in Thermic Black corrosion-resistant coating at EBC's Northampton, UK facility. Thermic Black self-removes from the friction surface during initial bed-in -- no prep required before installation. EBC recommends pairing BSD rotors with EBC brand brake pads. Sold as a set of 2.
