The EBC DP51884NDX is a front axle set of Bluestuff NDX high-friction brake pads for Subaru, Scion, and Toyota applications using the standard Akebono front caliper with the D1539 pad shape. Fitment spans the Subaru BRZ (2013-2020, 2022-2025), Toyota GR86/86 (2017-2020, 2022-2025), Scion FR-S (2013-2016), Subaru WRX (2011-2014), Impreza (2011-2016), Forester (2011-2018), Crosstrek (2012-2025), Legacy and Outback (2013-2014), and related platforms sharing the 277mm vented front rotor and Akebono caliper. The Bluestuff NDX compound delivers a 0.52 Mu friction coefficient with peak levels exceeding 0.6 under heavy braking, making it one of the highest-friction pads available for both aggressive street driving and club-level track days. The non-metallic aramid fiber base bites confidently from cold and generates no sparks, while significantly reducing rotor wear. Each pad is factory pre-scorched using EBC's infrared lamp tunnel process for dramatically reduced bed-in time.
