Product Description

The EBC DP32145C is a Redstuff ceramic front brake pad set for the 2013-2018 Ford Focus ST, 2012-2019 Ford Focus, and 2016-2019 Lincoln MKC. Redstuff is EBC's flagship low-dust street compound, targeting high-performance imports, muscle cars, and European sport compacts -- vehicles where clean wheels and strong progressive braking matter as much as outright bite. The aramid fiber and ceramic particle compound delivers approximately 50% dust reduction over OEM pads while maintaining a 0.5 nominal friction coefficient and consistent pedal feel across a wide temperature range.

Unlike more aggressive compounds that require heat to activate, Redstuff works from cold -- making it practical for daily driving in stop-and-go traffic without the brake noise, rotor scoring, or calipers clogged with metallic dust associated with semi-metallic pads. The pads arrive with EBC's red Brake-In surface coating, which conditions the rotor surface and accelerates the bed-in process; full performance is reached after approximately 1,000 miles of urban use, during which occasional light noise at cold startup in damp conditions is normal.
