The EBC DP42168R is a Yellowstuff 4000 Series front brake pad set on FMSI D1663 for the 2012-2018 Audi Q5, 2017-2018 Audi A6/A6 Quattro, and 2017-2020 Porsche Macan Base. Yellowstuff delivers a stable 0.42 µ friction coefficient from cold through 450°C -- strong immediate bite without the warm-up period required by full race compounds. The 2021 copper-free formula update extended longevity but lengthened bed-in to 100-200 miles of urban driving. For drivers needing faster bed-in for track use, EBC recommends Bluestuff NDX instead.

Audi Q5 2.0T fitment requires the Brembo front brake caliper -- verify before ordering as some 2.0T variants used a smaller 320mm rotor. ECE R90 approved. Made in the UK. 1-year/10,000-mile warranty.
