The EBC DP41857R Yellowstuff Street and Track Front Brake Pads are engineered for Mercedes-Benz E-Class and CLS models equipped with the Sport or AMG Sport Package and the larger 344mm front rotor setup -- covering the W212 E-Class (E350, E350 4MATIC, E350 BlueTEC) from 2009-2016, the C218 CLS (CLS350, CLS350 BlueTEC, CLS400) from 2011-2018, and the X218 Shooting Brake variants from 2012-2017. The Yellowstuff aramid fiber compound delivers high friction from cold start with a 0.5 coefficient that improves brake effect approximately 30-40% over factory pads, with zero brake fade under sustained heavy use.

Every pad features the patented EBC Brake-In surface coating that accelerates pad seating, edge chamfers and centerline slots for noise control, and bonded noise reduction shims. The 2021 reformulation removed copper to meet environmental legislation. Working temperature range extends from cold to 900°C (1652°F), making the pad equally at home on aggressive street driving and short-duration track use. Fits FMSI shape D1420 only -- does not fit non-Sport Package models with smaller front rotors (use DP41342R) or the larger-rotor E63 AMG. Always verify front rotor diameter before ordering.
