Product Description

The EBC DP4060R Yellowstuff pads are a rear axle set for the 2012-2021 Lotus Exige S3, 2009-2021 Lotus Evora, 2022-2026 Lotus Emira, and Spyker C8 Laviolette. The aramid fiber compound delivers strong cold bite from the very first pedal application with no warm-up required, and friction continues to build under heat through a stable operating range up to 400°C / 750°F. The NUCAP NRS backplate system mechanically locks the friction material to the backing plate, eliminating the risk of debonding under repeated hard stops.

These pads are designed for fast street use and occasional spirited driving -- they are not rated for dedicated track sessions. For track use, EBC recommends upgrading to the Bluestuff NDX grade, which is specifically engineered for repeated high-temperature brake cycles and faster track bedding. The companion front pads for these applications are EBC DP4036R (Yellowstuff) or DP5036NDX (Bluestuff). ECE R90 approved and carrying EBC's highest N environmental safety rating. Backed by EBC's 1-year / 10,000-mile warranty; warranty is void for racing and competition use. Sold as a 2-wheel set covering one axle.
