Product Description

The EBC GD1594 is a high-performance front brake rotor set engineered for BMW X5 and X6 platforms equipped with larger OEM sport and M performance braking systems. As part of EBC's GD Series, these rotors combine slotted and dimpled surfaces to improve braking efficiency, reduce fade, and maintain consistent stopping power under heavy SUV and performance driving conditions.

The slot design continuously clears brake dust, gases, and debris from the pad surface, ensuring a strong and consistent brake bite. The dimpled surface helps reduce thermal stress concentration compared to fully drilled rotors, improving durability while still allowing effective heat dissipation during repeated hard braking.

Manufactured from OE-grade grey cast iron with a corrosion-resistant Geomet coating, the GD1594 delivers long service life and stable braking performance. It is intended as a direct upgrade for factory performance brake systems and must be matched carefully to the correct OEM rotor diameter and trim-specific brake package for proper fitment and safety.
