The EBC ED91830 is an Extra Duty Orangestuff front brake pad set engineered for light trucks, SUVs, and vans using the GM D1363 pad design. Built around EBC's proprietary carbon granule compound, these pads are GG-rated and AMECA-tested -- the highest friction classification available -- while remaining exceptionally rotor-friendly and virtually dust-free. Designed for the extra demands of towing, heavy loads, lifted suspensions, and oversized wheels, the ED series delivers stopping power where stock pads fall short.

Each set includes NUCAP NRS piston insert shims, a patented technology that delivers 5x the bond strength of conventional backing plates for noise-free operation. High-volume V-grooves vent heat and expel debris from the pad surface, keeping friction surfaces clean and temperatures down. EBC rates these as their longest-wearing compound. Covered by a 12-month / 10,000-mile warranty. Fits one front axle.
