The EBC GD7643 3GD Series Rear Brake Rotors are the direct-fit rear complement to the GD7642 fronts, purpose-built for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X across all CZ4A platform trims. At 330mm, they match OEM rear rotor dimensions exactly while adding EBC's proven dimpled-and-slotted surface treatment - actively expelling heat, gases, and brake dust even during aggressive repeated braking. For Evo X owners who drive hard on back roads or occasional track events, upgrading both axles with the GD7642/GD7643 pair ensures balanced, fade-resistant braking front to rear.

Each rotor is individually balanced and runout-inspected before leaving the factory for smooth, vibration-free performance from day one. The Thermic Black coating protects non-swept areas from corrosion and clears naturally from the pad contact zone during initial break-in - no prep required. EBC recommends pairing these rotors with Yellowstuff or Redstuff rear brake pads and allowing a 500-mile bedding period with moderate braking to fully seat the pad-to-rotor contact surface.
