Fitment Notes

• Does **not** replace factory OEM electronic locker
• Does **not** fit vehicles with full-float Dana-44 HD rear axle or Rubicon / Mojave models that have 35-spline axles
• For Bronco and Rangers: models with welded OEM ring gear/open differential with factory 3.73 gear will require replacement ring & pinion matching Eaton's M210/M220 spec for proper installation
• Stator must be removed for clearance prior to installing ring gear; reinstalled in order: (1) Ring Gear, (2) Stator Assembly, (3) Bearing

Product Description

The Eaton 14234-1 ELocker Differential is a selectable, electronic locking differential designed for Dana-44 M210 / M220 axle assemblies in non-factory locker models. It delivers full locking traction on command while remaining an open differential during normal driving. This product is intended for enthusiasts or off-road users who need powerful, reliable traction upgrades on 2018-2025 Jeep Wrangler JL, 2020-2025 Gladiator JT, and 2021-2025 Ford Bronco models, but are not equipped with the OEM electronic locker (or in Rubicon / Mojave 35-spline axles).

Installation requires careful removal and reinstallation of the stator to seat the ring gear properly (order: ring gear first, stator assembly, then bearing). For vehicles with factory welded open differentials or incompatible ring gears (e.g. Bronco/Ranger with 3.73 welded gear), ring & pinion replacement according to Eaton's M210/M220 spec may be necessary. Fitment is confirmed through model year 2025.
