Product Description

The Eagle CRS5850F3D are premium aftermarket connecting rods designed specifically for Ford's 4.6L Modular V8 when built into a stroker configuration. These H-Beam rods feature forged 4340 steel construction, fully machined and stress-relieved by shot-peening, magnaflux, and sonic testing. With a center-to-center length of 5.850" and a rod journal of 1.889", they clear large displacement stroker crankshafts while delivering the strength needed for high RPM or forced induction builds.

They include full-floating wrist pin compatibility via silicon bronze bushings (22 mm) and are secured using high-strength ARP 2000 bolts torqued to ~43 ft-lbs with ARP moly lube. This set of 8 rods is weight-matched, making them ideal for competition or performance builds. Fitment requires a 4.6L Modular engine block that accommodates a longer rod; stock engines will require compatible stroker crank and clearance modifications. Fitment is confirmed through 2024. 2025 applications unconfirmed.
